Brown Cabin Rental Details

FULL WEEK AT MADELINE ISLAND CABIN, by DAN & JUDY TITCOMB

Charming Madeline Island cabin with dock and 300ft of beach. Sleeps 8 among three queen beds and two twins.

This charming cabin was built by Bela and Leo Capser in the 1940s. The Capsers were also founders of the Madeline Island Museum. The house was included in Linda Mack’s classic “Madeline Island Summer Houses.” The main log cabin living room was added onto over the years. A full kitchen. A lovely screened porch. A sleeping wing. Later owners converted the garage into a two bedroom bunkhouse. It has been owned by the same family for 50+ years and not typically up for rent. Beautiful beach and dock. Located on the south end of the island where a sandbar 100 yards off shore warms the water.

*Offer must be redeemed by Sept. 2023.
